The general rules about the recipes

  • All ingredients should – as much as possible be organic
  • All animal fats should come from animals running free and eating their natural (organic) diets
  • All oils should be cold pressed and extra virgin even organic (if you are uncertain don’t buy/eat it)
  • Remember to make extra when you make your evening meal so you can use leftovers for breakfast or lunch. Make your own ’fast food’.
