Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almonds in strips
- 1 Romaine salad
- ½ basket of strawberries
- 1 cup of crumbly feta
Dressing:
- 2 cloves of garlic – pressed
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup of olive oil
Method:
- Slightly roast the almonds in a pan and let them cool
- Mix together the dressing ingredients
- Fold the Romaine salad, almonds and feta in a salad bowl
- Arrange the strawberries on the top of the salad
- Pour over the dressing
