Blackcurrant, Watermelon Smoothie with Mint

Ingredients

  • ¼ – ½ watermelon
  • 150 – 200 g frozen or fresh blackcurrants
  • Mint for taste (can be substituted by basil)
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Dilute with cold, filtered water
  • Add whey protein powder to reduce a possible blood sugar reaction

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients up in a blender and blend
