Date & Almond Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 200 g almonds
  • 6 dates
  • 2 dl apple puré
  • 2 dl coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla powder without sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon or your favourite spice

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough.
  • Divide the muffin dough into paper cake forms (approx. 20 pieces). 
  • Bake the muffins at 175° for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Decorate with melted chocolate and nut sprinkles or dried fruit slices.
