- 200 g almonds
- 6 dates
- 2 dl apple puré
- 2 dl coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla powder without sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon or your favourite spice
- Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough.
- Divide the muffin dough into paper cake forms (approx. 20 pieces).
- Bake the muffins at 175° for approx. 20 minutes.
- Decorate with melted chocolate and nut sprinkles or dried fruit slices.
