Green balance

  • 1 – 2 pieces of fruit, such as berries, papaya, mango, pear, kiwi, grapes, or apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • Approx. ½ liter of fresh, filtered, cold water, or coconut water
  • 1 – 4 tbsp. Olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 scoop of protein powder and Collagen powder (20 – 25g). Buy here or here

Directions

  • Prepare the fruit, wash, peel, pip, etc. as needed and chop into small pieces
  • Pip and peel the lemon
  • Peel the avocado and remove the stone
  • Wash the cucumber and chop into smaller pieces
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender
  • Cover half way up with water or coconut water, less water if you prefer a thicker drink, more if you prefer a thin one
  • Add the olive oil or coconut oil in the last 30 seconds of the blend.
