- 1 – 2 pieces of fruit, such as berries, papaya, mango, pear, kiwi, grapes, or apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- Approx. ½ liter of fresh, filtered, cold water, or coconut water
- 1 – 4 tbsp. Olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 scoop of protein powder and Collagen powder (20 – 25g). Buy here or here
Directions
- Prepare the fruit, wash, peel, pip, etc. as needed and chop into small pieces
- Pip and peel the lemon
- Peel the avocado and remove the stone
- Wash the cucumber and chop into smaller pieces
- Put all the ingredients in the blender
- Cover half way up with water or coconut water, less water if you prefer a thicker drink, more if you prefer a thin one
- Add the olive oil or coconut oil in the last 30 seconds of the blend.
