Tapenade

Ingredients:

  • 240 g olives without stones
  • 90 g anchovy fillets
  • Approx. 60 g capers
  • Some fresh thyme
  • ½ – ¾ dl olive oil
  • A little lemon juice

Method:

  • Cut the anchovies into small pieces 
  • Blend/mix all the ingredients except the olive oil
  • Gradually add the olive oil
