Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cup cooked, chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup homemade applesauce
- 1/4 inch piece of gingerroot, peeled
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Method:
- Place the ingredients in the blender and start blending on low speed, gradually increasing speed until all ingredients are smooth.
