Ingredients
• 1 cup of frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli (steaming aids digestion)
• 1 cup of unsweetened cranberry juice
• 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
• 1 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil.
Method
• Place the ingredients in the blender and start blending on low speed, gradually increasing speed until all ingredients are smooth
• Serves 2
• Add strawberries or blackberries for extra nutrition.
