Ingredients
- ¼ – ½ watermelon
- 150 – 200 g frozen or fresh blackcurrants
- Mint for taste (can be substituted by basil)
- 1 – 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- Dilute with cold, filtered water
- Add whey protein powder to reduce a possible blood sugar reaction

- Put all the ingredients up in a blender and blend
