Thick and creamy, sweet and Christmassy
Ingredients
- 700ml of dairy or non-dairy milk – I like mixing coconut milk with organic full-fat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp organic honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
Topping
- Grated nutmeg
- 2 x Gingerbread cookies
NB! If there is a spice you don’t like then feel free to exclude and or use another
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz.
- Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with grated nutmeg
- Crumble the gingerbread cookies on the top
- Serve and enjoy
