Ingredients:

  • Approx. 150 g broccoli
  • Approx. 50 g spinach
  • ½ – 1 pear
  • a bunch of flat leaf parsley 
  • Chilli after taste
  • 1dl freshly pressed apple or pear juice or plain, cold, fresh, water
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. Olive oil

Method:

  • Put all the ingredients up in a blender
  • Enjoy
