Ingredients:
- Approx. 150 g broccoli
- Approx. 50 g spinach
- ½ – 1 pear
- a bunch of flat leaf parsley
- Chilli after taste
- 1dl freshly pressed apple or pear juice or plain, cold, fresh, water
- 1 – 2 tbsp. Olive oil
Method:
- Put all the ingredients up in a blender
