Green Health in a Blender

Ingredients

• 1 pear
• 1 lemon
• 1 avocado
• mixed greens of your choice, such as cruciferous family, broccoli, spinach, rocket, celery, peas, cucumber (with the peel), garden herbs, etc. 
• fresh, filtered, cold water such as Kangen Water
• 1 – 4 tbsp. olive oil
 

Method:

• Rinse the pear and remove the core and cut into small pieces, but do not peel.
• Peel the lemon and remove any pips (the peel can be blended, but be sure the lemon is organic, the lemon taste is very pronounced)
• Peel the avocado and remove the stone
• Rinse your chosen veggies and chop into smaller pieces
• Put all the ingredients in the blender
• Cover half with water
• Add the olive oil
• Blend for 1 - 2 minutes until thick and creamy, full of nutrients and lots of fiber
