Raúl´s Rap Rooster


  • A whole chicken cut into pieces or chicken pieces of choice (breast, leg, thigh)
  • 2 onions – red or white
  • 3 peppers – your favourite (red, yellow, green)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 whole garlic
  • Olive oil


  • Peel and cut the onions in 1/2 or 1/4
  • Scope out he peppers and cut them into strips
  • Divide the garlic into cloves
  • Pour olive oil in the bottom of a roasting tray and cover with the veggies and the chicken pieces
  • Pour a little extra oil on top
  • Sprinkle with salt
  • Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
  • Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 75 minutes
  • Serve with Alioli (see recipe)
  • Winter version – exchange the peppers for root veggies
