Blackcurrant, Watermelon Smoothie with Mint

Ingredients ¼ – ½ watermelon 150 – 200 g frozen or fresh blackcurrants Mint for taste (can be substituted by basil) 1 – 2 tbsp. Olive oil Dilute with cold, filtered water Add whey protein powder to reduce a possible blood sugar reaction Directions Put all the ingredients up in a blender and blend Enjoy
